Use Drift's template to help your team to make effective and cohesive decisions
Have each functional team (sales, marketing, product, etc.) prepare and give an overview of how they're running.
Include:
A senior leadership meeting should arm all attendees with the information they need to know to make effective and cohesive decisions outside the meeting. Make sure the meeting predominantly focuses on strategic discussion and debate, rather than updates. To make sure your meeting doesn't get too bogged down in updates, make sure you move on quickly from the positive highlights/wins, and save focus and discussion for the areas where each team fell short.
If there is time, have a brief deep dive into one challenge or team area. Make the most of the opportunity whilst you have some of the best minds in your organization together in one room. Have a different member prepare the deep dive session for each meeting, focusing on an area where input from others may be productive.
